This facility is seeking a Neurosurgery Trauma/Intensive Care Unit Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• October 2024 - Ongoing
• Level II Trauma Center
• Required Procedures: Low/moderate risk procedures such as laceration repair, Intravenous access/Intravenous insertion-peripheral line, fracture and dislocation reductions (minimal/moderate displacement). High risk procedures: tube placement, endotracheal intubation, cardioversion/defibrillation, paracentesis, chest tubes, central and arterial line placement.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 to 60 days

Redding is a city located off Interstate 5 and between the Canadian and Mexican borders. The Sacramento River also goes through this city. During the 1950s there was a great expansion of the lumber industry and two major dams in the Redding area now known as, the Whiskeytown Dam and the Keswick Dam, were built.
