Back to Basics Medical Practice PLLC's mission is to provide personalized, high-quality care on an as-needed or preventative basis. We have created a practice that we believe in. But why go Back to Basics? We believe it is time to go Back to Basics....back to a time when your doctor worked for you and not for your insurance company, or for some government program. Dr. P got tired and frustrated not being able to treat patients as he felt best, but instead was being forced by insurers to limit his time with each patient, the scope of the visit, the tests ordered, and the medications prescribed. Dr. P's patients were being led to believe that they could not have what they needed because Dr. P would not order or request those things. If Dr. P bucked the system, the insurer held a choke hold and would merely not pay him. This insurer intrusion between a doctor - patient relationship was the final straw. Back to Basics (B2B) is a full-service family practice with a dedicated, and experienced staff who believe in working with our patients to maintain and improve their health. We work together to serve your entire family for all of your medical needs in all stages of life. Dr. P and his staff believe in providing comprehensive health care services to our patients in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We also believe in educating our patients as we work with them to achieve the best physical state possible utilizing an integrative approach to their care. Dr. P is board certified , by the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons and brings to this practice 44 years of experience in Family/General Practice.
