The agency was founded in 1994 by CEO Nicole Levine, who was spearheading a rapidly growing business and was looking to fill staffing positions as quickly as they arose. A working, single mother of three, Levine relied on child-care professionals during the day so she could focus on staffing her ever-expanding cleaning company, Home Clean Home. As a result of her diligent search for competitive pricing and reliable employees, Labor to the Rescue was born. Since its conception, Labor To The Rescue has grown to become a chief employment agency throughout NYC.
