Perm - Family Medicine - NP / PA

Join a dedicated Family Medicine team in Findlay, OH! We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to contribute to our outpatient-focused practice, where the emphasis is on patient care and community well-being.
Job Description:

• The provider will be responsible for treating adult and adolescent patients .
• This is an ambulatory primary care position, working in an outpatient setting.
• The role requires the ability to practice autonomously while managing 25+ patients per day .
• Cerner EMR will be used for documentation, working within a hospital-employed system.
• The provider is expected to make a long-term commitment to ensure continuity of care .
• No hospital call , and a hospitalist group will admit patients to the hospital.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (AANP/ANCC) or Physician Assistant.
• Experience in Family Medicine or a related field.
• Ability to practice autonomously and effectively manage patient load.
• Clean malpractice history and active license.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) certification in Family Medicine or a related field is required.
• Current Ohio license (or willingness to obtain) is mandatory.
